Just came from the Stratics chat session with States, so heres the dirt!
States talked mainly about the new issue and the Arena, the arena bouts will be timed and rezzing is allowed (with a reasonable point deduction). Settings for the bouts will consist of 12 different locations, he said places like caves, warehouses and offices will be used so forget the kewl stuff like Paragon Dance Party!! He said the want to implement a wager system on matches and fights can be viewed from inside the arena. Players will fight for titles such as middle wieght and heavy wieght, but arena xp stays in the arena.
Uniforms, this area wasnt touched to much, he just said some ne stuff is vests, jackets with tails, and actual uniforms, i have no idea what he meant by that.
CoV and Issue 5, Issue five is when we will see the next new zone. "crotoa" and I5 is when we will see the skill system introduced. I5 will also see new ATs but epic style, that are obtained through levels and TFs. CoV will also introduce a new underwater zone, as well as a new AV States said "think underwater, think wings". He also said that villians in CoV get to square off with States himself. He said CoV will introduce a bank system, that allows a SG to hold influence for the group to access.
All in all it was somewhat informitive even though States dodged my questions about wings and the PLing issue. Any questions feel free to ask.
